PACKAGING
All jewellery comes packaged in a sleek black and white branded jewellery box. STELLAR 79 is committed to being environmentally friendly by avoiding excess packaging and using jewellery boxes made from a mix of recycled and waste paper which is 100% recyclable. To further minimise packaging, orders with multiple pieces will be packaged together where possible, unless requested otherwise in the notes section at the checkout.
CARE GUIDE
To clean your jewellery use a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. We do not recommend the use of any jewellery cleaning products.
To preserve the quality of your jewellery remove all pieces before any contact with water, hand sanitiser, products, perfume, hairspray, lotions and deodorants and do not wear for prolonged periods in the sunlight to help preserve the long lasting colour.
We also recommend that you store all jewellery separately and in an air tight container in a cool, dark and dry place to maintain and protect your jewellery.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Tracked & Signed 1-2 days. Orders placed after 11am on Friday, weekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
INTERNATIONAL
£16.50 - 7 to 14 working days
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Orders placed after 11am on Friday, weekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Please note you will be liable for all import duties and taxes as per your country tax laws.
RETURNS
If you would like to return a piece of jewellery, please get in touch via our Contact Page with your order number and we will look into your query.
All jewellery returns, excluding earrings and nose rings/studs* must be received within 30 days of the order date (UK and International deliveries) and the jewellery must not have been worn and returned in its original packing.
Unfortunately, jewellery returned after 30 days or with any visible signs of damage or wear will not be processed. Please note that return costs are non refundable, and we advise returning the jewellery via Royal Mail tracked and signed recorded delivery to ensure safe and trackable transit.
In the rare case you experience a fault with your jewellery, please get in touch with the details via our Contact Page.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a piece of jewellery, excluding earrings and nose rings/studs*, you will need to return the unworn jewellery in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund and following this place a new order.
*Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings or nose rings/studs.

STELLAR 79 jewellery is covered by a 1 year warranty with a valid proof of purchase. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse or lost stones.
MATERIALS
All pieces are 100% handmade using recycled metals.
Gold Vermeil: We use a base of 925 sterling silver which is then layered with 18k gold of at least 2.5 microns thick.
Silver: We only use certified 925 sterling silver which is 92.5% pure silver mixed with alloys to create durable pieces.
9 Karat Gold: We use certified 375 gold for its timless and durable nature.
Gemstones: We only use ethically, responsibly and transparently sourced gemstones.

WHO DESIGNS STELLAR 79 JEWELLERY AND WHERE IS IT CREATED?
STELLAR 79 jewellery is designed in East London by sister co-founders Natasha and Sheena, and is hand-made in our Jaipur atelier by talented artisans.
WHAT IS GOLD VERMEIL?
All STELLAR 79 jewellery is 18 karat gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is a thick coating of gold at a thickness of 2.5 microns over a sterling silver base.
